The Rio Suites Hotel is a Brazilian Carnival-themed hotel just 1 mile off the Las Vegas strip. The party atmosphere comes alive in this brightly colored, action-packed hotel. They feature all-suite accommodations that are luxuriously appointed and provide a relaxing place to get away from it all. The Rio has first-rate entertainment, plenty of fabulous dining options, world-class gaming, and an incredible beach pool complex.
The Rio Suites offers luxurious accommodations, where floor-to-ceiling windows provide stunning views, and separate sitting areas feature a modern and chic ambiance. The bathrooms are large and well-appointed.
The casino is where the excitement happens, and Rio carries the Carnival atmosphere throughout the area dotted with 1,200 slot machines and video poker machines. They offer 80 table games and a poker room. The casino is a gamer’s paradise and will have you in the heart of the action.

The pair even goes so far as to give audiences a behind-the-scenes look at some of the most common tricks that they perform, only to leave spectators stunned with others.

A family-friendly show in Vegas that will captivate children and adults alike as the pool-stage erupts with acrobatics and choreography amidst multimedia projections.
The room was nice for the 1st stay, plan to return and stay longer.
Overall our stay here wasn’t too fantastic. The rooms need some remodeling. The buffet and deli were just average. We liked that it was a little more peaceful being off the main strip. We will probably try and find something better next time.
I came for the World Series of Poker, and enjoyed my stay at the Rio. The rooms are comfortable, and its very quiet. And its just a short taxi to everything else on the strip.
Rooms are dated, we heard everything our neighbors did including the cell phone alarms and ringing also the vomiting! But clean and big. Staff was friendly. Restaurant selection is poor, and a lot them closed during peak hrs. Carnival buffet was horrible and expensive. Surprisingly the best food was at the sports deli. Also a lot of hidden costs wifi sucks won’t stay here again.
Just a basic room here. Nothing Fancy and there was nothing really special about it! The cost of everything in the hotel was really absurd. The room itself was spacious, but the biggest problem was by far the noise from the VooDoo Lounge. I was not satisfied with my stay here!
Stayed here a week for a tradeshow. Not terrible, but there are lots of hidden costs, and the rooms reek of smoke (even the nonsmoking rooms), and are in horrible condition. HD TV in the room, but no HD channels?? The minibars are all empty and broken, and the decor is in bad need of updates. Too far from the strip to walk, expect a 15 dollar cab ride to go anywhere, as the shuttles can’t be relied on. Much of the front desk staff is nice in person, but rude and unhelpful on the phone if you call from your room.
The room is large but lot of empty space. I had a broke shower head a leaking toilet and broken drawers and lamp shades. The ice maker and pop machine didn’t work. Elevator only had 1 of 4 working one day. Shuttles are seldom on time and have to get early to get a seat. The show in the sky is canceled. The comps are poor $1 for every $100.00.
We stay here every time we come to Vegas. The food is great, the staff is friendly, our room is always clean.
My room was very big and very comfortable beds.
Needless to say our room was in a dire need of a makeover. The room was clean, but it needed new carpet, furniture etc. The pool was closed also while we were there for the winter months. It is also off the strip, so quite a bit of walking etc involved.
The room was clean, but nothing special. Did shows signs of wear and tear. Our room was close to the elevator which was convenient. We do like being off the main strip. A lot more quiet.. The staff was friendly. There were lots of hidden fees on the room also. Wont be staying here again.
