When you check out they will try screw you out of the $15 per day food credit. If that was part of your reservation good luck on collecting it. Terrible people and a terrible hotel. Your money can be better spent elsewhere.
We had a pleasant stay here. My wife and I enjoyed the spa a lot. The staff members were very welcoming as we arrived. The rooms were okay, but in the need of some updating. We plan to stay here again in the future. We liked it for the most part.
I wasn’t sure about the Luxor before we reached Vegas, but it surpassed my expectations. The west tower is where you have to stay: its all new and updated. The pool was great, and we checked out LAX nightclub. My girlfriend loved it! I’m glad I was able to find such an affordable birthday trip for her.
I will never stay at this hotel again. I’ve been to Vegas before and never had a room like this. Lots of mold in the bathroom, stains on the bed covers, sheets, chairs and carpet. The bathroom floor and carpet was filthy dirty and horrible service. Left tip for house keeping asking for extra blankets, they took the money and we never saw the blankets. Not impressed at all!!
You can’t beat the place very very nice love there pool and feel very safe there you always see the bright yellow shirts walking around or riding their bikes I would recommend this place to anyone going there for there first time or too anyone that hasn’t stayed there yet keep up the good work Luxor?
Love everything about Luxor will and only stay there every time can’t beat there pool and there employees just wish the pyramid cafe would stay open later?
There is no doubt the place is pretty neat looking. That I will give it. A huge downfall is the marble type floors through the tower halls. Drunk people don’t care HOW loud they are and have no consideration for anyone else. Their loud mouths echo like crazy! We purchased a fan for white noise to block out the intoxicated schmucks. If you call for something you need (extra pillows, for example), expect a wait. I understand the place is large, but there should be staff to to handle it. Housekeeping was exceptional! Very nice people and continuously hooked us up with numerous towels, etc. Lack of communication between front desk and other depts. canceling a request never gets to correct dept. Being your walking shoes. Average 13 min walk from room to car parked in back and double check you didn’t leave anything in the car! Received a complimentary upgrade just for the asking! The front desk employer kindly returned our $20 when we tried the upgrade trick saying it wasn’t necessary.
the $20 food and beverage credit is limited. Don’t let it fool you. I would not stay again because of the noise in the halls and inconvenience in distance to the car. If you have a car here, go off strip to a smaller place to stay and commute back to strip (park and walk) to play.
The walk was forever to get to our pyramid spa suite. The spa tub was hideous for the price we paid. The room was very outdated and there was tons of wasted space. The windows were filthy in and out. We had no major problems, but wouldn’t stay here again.
Went for my birthday. Loved every bit if if. The hotel was great and looking down to the floor from the 17th floor was a sight to see. Will stay there again and will recommend.
Had a wonderful time!!!
Was in Vegas for my birthday. The trip was awesome.
Me and my family always stay there it’s so much fun for the whole family you got the buffet filled with good stuff, the Excalibur and New York New York are close so your kids can play in the arcade or ride roller coasters great attention from everybody and big rooms filled with good stuff I recommend this hotel.
For my first trip to Vegas – I stayed at the Luxor with 4 other girlfriends. We had two rooms and they were both right next to each other. I really enjoyed my trip to Vegas and the Luxor made that possible! The hotel was very clean and spacious…a little confusing at first being that it is large…but after a day I had it all figured out! The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was large/accommodating! The buffet was very good and breakfast (although Expensive) was delicious!
We stayed one night. The room was clean. The price was good. We liked it a lot.
The rooms are spacey yay! Very clean, a/c doesn’t work well in rooms. Our room just was not cool at all but staff was very friendly. The casino was clean with lots of food choices
This hotel sucked it was so bad it had to plug my nose because of the stench do not go here again the rooms are so tiny at the top.
It was my first time in Vegas and I have to go back soon, I spent so much time in my hotel, I barely walked the strip. For my first time experience it was amazing stay. I advise the Luxor to anyone and will make it my choice of stay next time I visit. Rooms were clean stAff was helpful and there Is so much to do without leaving the building. LAX night club right in your hotel is the best I loved it!!
I loved everything about Luxor (except for the buffet) The rooms are large, there’s plenty to do without ever leaving the hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. There’s a tram that takes you to the neighboring hotels. I love the overall look and theme! Two thumbs up. When I come back I will more than likely stay here again!
I loved everything about Luxor! There’s a tram that takes you to the neighboring hotels. The rooms are large and the staff is friendly. I do recommend that you look into to eating at a buffet outside of the Luxor b/c that buffet isn’t so good. Everything else was great! I will more than likely stay here during my next visit to LV!
I just stayed the weekend at the Luxor with my three buddies. We had a great time. We upgraded to a suite connected to a regular room. The extra room in the suite was nice for four guys. We made friends and money on the casino floor. Enjoy the sports book and buffet and the cafe. Easy walk to the MGM, New York, Mandalay Bay, Excalibur are all within a 10-15 minute walk from Casino floor. It was nice checking in our bags at the bell hop for no charge as our flight wasn’t until 4 pm but check out time was at noon.
I stayed in the tower side and the air conditioning did not work well at all. I hate waking up sweaty! Luxor was nice other then that inconvenince.
