Cirque Du Soliel recently announced that more Las Vegas shows will be returning before the summer is over. Earlier this year, the company announced that a few of its shows would return in June and early July.
“Mystère” is already performing shows at Treasure Island. Likewise, “O” is once again up and running at Bellagio. Even Blue Man Group, a show affiliated with Cirque Du Soliel, is up and running at Luxor.
The company has announced the return of two more Las Vegas Cirque Du Soliel shows. The Beatles “Love” and Michael Jackson “One” will return to the respective stages at The Mirage and Mandalay Bay this August.
“Today, we all stand together to celebrate our industry coming back to life,” said Daniel Lamarre, President, and CEO of Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group. “Let’s flood social platforms with messages of hope, strength, and perseverance. We encourage you to join us and add your voice to support your favorite artists, venues, friends, and families working in the live entertainment industry. Intermission is over. Now, showtime!”
Michael Jackson One will reopen at Mandalay Bay on Aug. 19. The Beatles Love will reopen at The Mirage on Aug. 26.
Michael Jackson One
Michael Jackson One will reopen at Mandalay Bay on Aug. 19. The shows will take place from Thursday – Monday at 7 p.m. and again at 9:30 p.m. The show will be dark on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. There will be additional shows on Tuesday, Dec. 28 at 7 pm and 9:30 pm and Friday, Dec. 31 at 4:30 pm.
The return of the show will happen just in time to celebrate Michael Jackson’s birthday on Aug 29. Special Events in the theater that weekend will commemorate both the birthday of the greatest entertainer of all time and the show reopening.
Michael Jackson One is a fusion of acrobatics, dance, and visuals. These all meld together to create an immersive experience for the audience using the world of Michael Jackson’s music.
The Beatles Love
The Beatles Love will reopen at The Mirage on Aug. 26. Shows will take place Thursday – Monday at 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. thru Oct. 2. Afterwards shows will perform Tuesday – Saturday at 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
The Beatles Love is Cirque du Soleil’s interpretation of the band’s legacy. The show looks at how John, Paul, George, and Ringo have changed entertainment forever.
With 360º seating, The Beatles Love by Cirque du Soleil tells a unique story from every angle. At the same time, a three-time Grammy-winning soundtrack sets the backdrop for thrilling aerial acrobatics, colorful new imagery, and reimagined choreography.
There will be a new VIP experience for Love fans in 2022. The Mirage will offer a narrated backstage tour that will “Toast to Love”. The experience will be set to feature the history of The Beatles by providing an ensemble of show props, insider fun facts, and the ingenuity of these elements in the production of the show.
