Virgin Hotels Las Vegas was first introduced in 2018. This year the property being built where the Hard Rock once stood shared some construction updates along with confirmation that renovations are moving forward despite the global pandemic slowing down much of the world.
We have another update on Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. The new casino-hotel located east of Planet Hollywood and the Cosmopolitan announced its dining lineup. Much like the Hard Rock before there will be a lot of places to eat and drink inside and outside at Virgin Las Vegas.
Some of the restaurants will be favorites from the past but most will be new eateries for Las Vegas. Virgin Las Vegas’ hospitality partners will bring a bevy of new and unique dining and hospitality experiences to the revitalized property.
“We are looking forward to welcoming an elite group of restaurant partners to Virgin Hotels Las Vegas,” said Richard “Boz” Bosworth, President and CEO of JC Hospitality LLC, owner of Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. “Our partners will provide our guests with top-tier service and hospitality that we cannot wait to debut.”
Olives Returns To Las Vegas
The first restaurant partner has been rumored for a while. The name of the chef and restaurant concept formerly at the Bellagio should excite those who have enjoyed the cuisine in the past. James Beard Award-winning chef Todd English is bringing back Olives to Las Vegas.
Olives will occupy the space where 35 Steaks + Martinis was located. The new iteration of the restaurant will be a hat tip to the original location in Boston while offering an extensive menu with Mediterranean warmth.
