Nice and comfy except it doesn’t have hair dryer for bathroom? Overall everything else is good but I had to keep turning on closed captioned every time I turned on TV
Recenlty stayed at this facility and it started out pretty rough! Some concert was cancelled so there were a ton of people, not sure if they were actually guests, or friends of guests. Outright noisy, screaming, and pounding going on until 3 am! That lasted 2 nights! I think the hotel was surprised at the number of people and all the rudeness! They did get a handle on it and the remainder on the nights were quiet. The hotel did step up and comped us meals and a slight reduction in our bill. For that, they did the right thing! The in room food was overpriced out the wazoo! $4.00 for a in room coffee!? Usually coffee is free! At $260 a night plus tax, a cup of coffee should be on the house! Not a bad place to stay, but there are better deals and just as comfortable places to stay for less money! Oh yea, their TV’s are first generation flat screens and video was lousy. They need to update them.
The hotel is very nice and elegant. The buffet is very good but its at the mandalay bay. Everything is walk with in its own establishment . But i would prefer a hotel closer to the strip, but the rooms are worth what you pay for
Nice place to stay if you enjoy a great room. The regular suite includes a king or two queens, a living room with bar, master bath with separate tub and shower his or her sinks. There is also a small bathroom by the entrance.
Found out ahead of time to ask for a high floor. Our room was good. Big comfy beds. It was disappointing we had to pay for coffee, and to use the gym. this was on top of our resort fee. the hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. We wouldnt stay here again because of the location, we like to be in the middle of the strip.
