Stayed the march 17-21 2013. Got there around 7pm took over an hour to check in. Was supposed to get a strip view and all three rooms together they were not strip view or all together not a deal breaker. Got to the rooms they weren’t the nicest but for the price can’t complain. So we took showers later that night after we got in there was soap and water coming up out of the drain and I didn’t turn the water on yet. So I plugged the drain took a shower. Met up with my buddy’s in the morning they had MOLD in the showers and cups in the bathroom so we went to the front desk and got our rooms changed with no problem. Our new rooms had MOLD in all three showers so after waiting 2hrs for the house keeping manager we got three new rooms with the strip views as promised. No compensation from the front desk manager other then the room upgrade we had to pay to get our rooms on the same floor. Went to the emperors buffet got an omelet, French toast, glass of OJ and a water. Got food poisoning on top of that found mold in the bottom of the drinking glass they tried to say it was coffee grounds. We said to them coffee grounds in a water glass they refunded the buffet. I guess they don’t care about the people they serve or host. I think there betting on them not to complain cause of the cost or that they are to drunk to care. Will not stay or go there ever again.
We didnt expect much though because of the 20 dollar price! Rooms were clean comfortable n simple but decor was very dated. The best thing about this hotel is the location. Right smack in the middle of The Strip, opposite Bellagio and next to Harrahs.
