Me and my boyfriend frequent Vegas but this was the first time we stayed at the Riviera. We stayed as they gave us a special deal. We liked it! It was clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful! And the R Buffet was just great. Don’t want to forget the extensive brunch menu on sat and Sundays with bottomless champagne ! We were in heaven!
. Once we wanted the hustle and bustle of the night life that is Vegas we took a taxi further onto the strip. Riviera was great. We had a wonderful time.
We have been to vegas and stayed at a lot of places and finally decided to try riviera due to a decent offer they sent us. We stayed in the monaco tower and room was bright and clean,in room safe and even a fridge at no cost! Staff were very pleasant and helpful and parking was really convenient also.
I enjoyed my stay at the Riviera a lot! Check-in did take awhile but they move as fast as possible. There was a bunch to do in the hotel but there was also a bus stop right in front of it so we could easily get to and from anywhere we wanted to go. The people were extremely helpful! When I asked where something was someone showed me themselves, stopping what they were in the middle of to do so. Very friendly!!! Not only that but the place wasn’t amazingly huge! I could get from point “A” to point “B” without having walk two miles to do so. I would stay here again anytime!!!
After a very long and slow check in process, we went to our room. Well it was sad looking. It needs new furniture, and just a major overhaul. luckily we only had a one night stay. If we didnt know better, we thought we were on Fremont St. Won’t recommend this place.
Our check in was only 10 minutes. We got a newer updated room. It was a tiny room. It was clean, but we were cramped. We did like the location. We like being near Circus Circus. We were charged extra to use the internet. There was a resort fee too. (didn’t get anything special for it.)
