  1. Just okay
    - August 21, 2011

Our check in was only 10 minutes. We got a newer updated room. It was a tiny room. It was clean, but we were cramped. We did like the location. We like being near Circus Circus. We were charged extra to use the internet. There was a resort fee too. (didn’t get anything special for it.)

  2. Old and tired
    - January 8, 2012

After a very long and slow check in process, we went to our room. Well it was sad looking. It needs new furniture, and just a major overhaul. luckily we only had a one night stay. If we didnt know better, we thought we were on Fremont St. Won’t recommend this place.

  3. A great place to stay!
    - June 15, 2012

I enjoyed my stay at the Riviera a lot! Check-in did take awhile but they move as fast as possible. There was a bunch to do in the hotel but there was also a bus stop right in front of it so we could easily get to and from anywhere we wanted to go. The people were extremely helpful! When I asked where something was someone showed me themselves, stopping what they were in the middle of to do so. Very friendly!!! Not only that but the place wasn’t amazingly huge! I could get from point “A” to point “B” without having walk two miles to do so. I would stay here again anytime!!!

  4. we were very pleased
    - November 12, 2012

We have been to vegas and stayed at a lot of places and finally decided to try riviera due to a decent offer they sent us. We stayed in the monaco tower and room was bright and clean,in room safe and even a fridge at no cost! Staff were very pleasant and helpful and parking was really convenient also.

  5. nice and relaxing
    - February 6, 2013

Me and my boyfriend frequent Vegas but this was the first time we stayed at the Riviera. We stayed as they gave us a special deal. We liked it! It was clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful! And the R Buffet was just great. Don’t want to forget the extensive brunch menu on sat and Sundays with bottomless champagne ! We were in heaven! :) . Once we wanted the hustle and bustle of the night life that is Vegas we took a taxi further onto the strip. Riviera was great. We had a wonderful time.

  6. Super Nice for the Price
    - July 29, 2013

We Booked for 1 night, really cheap, super friendly staff and a clean room. Will stay again!!!

  7. Classic Vegas Hotel Room
    - September 18, 2013

The room was very bland. It had no real decor to it. It feels like any other ordinary hotel room. I felt like they could revamp the room just a little. The drapes are so outdated and the room just has a neutral feel to it. I know its just a hotel room and all, but WE’RE IN VEGAS.

  8. old school cool
    - March 19, 2014

This is a classic old school casino. One of the very few left on the strip. Across from ‘slots of fun’ for cheap gaming and food. The movie Casino was filmed here. Rooms upgraded and reasonably priced. One of my favorites!

  9. Hidden Gem
    - March 27, 2014

This is a classic. Situated on the north end of strip and across from the circus circus. Check in can be long but always had good customer service. We don’t spend much time in our Hotel room so it works for us. Also one of my favorite movies was filmed here. I highly recommend this Hotel if you want value, location and a classic old school vibe.
