Stayed here a week for a tradeshow. Not terrible, but there are lots of hidden costs, and the rooms reek of smoke (even the nonsmoking rooms), and are in horrible condition. HD TV in the room, but no HD channels?? The minibars are all empty and broken, and the decor is in bad need of updates. Too far from the strip to walk, expect a 15 dollar cab ride to go anywhere, as the shuttles can’t be relied on. Much of the front desk staff is nice in person, but rude and unhelpful on the phone if you call from your room.

The room is large but lot of empty space. I had a broke shower head a leaking toilet and broken drawers and lamp shades. The ice maker and pop machine didn’t work. Elevator only had 1 of 4 working one day. Shuttles are seldom on time and have to get early to get a seat. The show in the sky is canceled. The comps are poor $1 for every $100.00.

Needless to say our room was in a dire need of a makeover. The room was clean, but it needed new carpet, furniture etc. The pool was closed also while we were there for the winter months. It is also off the strip, so quite a bit of walking etc involved.

The room was clean, but nothing special. Did shows signs of wear and tear. Our room was close to the elevator which was convenient. We do like being off the main strip. A lot more quiet.. The staff was friendly. There were lots of hidden fees on the room also. Wont be staying here again.
