Me and my sister stayed here with my two kids and we got amazing service! I highly recommend staying in the HRH Tower! Rooms were clean, the bath and shower were HUGE! And they accommodated to everything we needed.
I’ve stayed in over a dozen hotels on Vegas and the hard rock was by far the worst. Too far off the strip and boring
Poor service, rude employees, dirty room, over priced off the strip. Buyer beware!
I’m going to make this short and sweet, DO NOT stay here I had my room broken into TWICE they did NOTHING about it Absolutely NOTHING not even s free cup of coffee to Compensate us. Total BS and it’s off the strip- lame. The cockroach in the lobby was the icing on the cake!!!!
Got an upgrade on our room. Very clean. Great view. There is lots to do in the hotel. Definitely a party hotel! The pool was a great place to relax during the day. Had a good lunch at the Pink Taco. It is a little back from the strip, but there was a bus to take you there. Fun time!
We arrived and had an easy check in. Our room was ready. It had a great view, huge space! We went to Pink Taco for lunch, awesome atomsphere!! We really enjoyed the theming of the hotel. We are huge into music, so the decor was fun! The casino isn’t as big as alot of the other hotels, but we were okay with that. We did make time to visit the spa. Best decision! Cant wait to go back!
