Beautiful hotel! Loved the shopping. The food was excellent! Very classy. Loved Vegas overall .. Will be going back!
Absolutely a wonderful place to stay. My wife and I felt do spoiled and pampered. The great service started getting out of the cab and continued past when we checked out. They held our bags, for free, the rest of our checkout day until we departed the area. Until we left, we used the pool without any hassle. The rooms are gorgeous. We suggest a fountain room view so you can see several of the fountain shows from your room. The hotel is centrally located on the strip, so everything is easily gotten to. We are definitely coming back and it will be at this hotel!!
Booked this hotel with a deal to receive 2 complimentary show tickets. The hotel management refused to provide me with the tickets. The desk clerk understood the issue, was very nice, and even called several of the management in order to correct this problem but to no avail. What happened to customer service? They should promote that clerk and fire or retrain their managers because they could care less about the customer (which should be priority one). They lost future guests because they were too cheap to honor their very own advertised deal. Exactly how much could 2 show tickets cost them? I love the vegas strip but i will never step into this hotel again.
The Bellagio is a top notch hotel. From the minute we walked in the door we knew we picked the right hotel. The front desk staff was welcoming and super friendly and helpful. The flower garden display was just beautiful. I could spend hours just walking around. The decor is so unique, it just says class. Our room was perfect. The decor was what we expected to find in a luxury hotel. The view from our room was just fantastic at night. We were able to spend a few hours playing slots and still left with money in our pocket. The restaurants were all worth the dining experience. Of course our favorite part were the fountains. During the day they were great to see, at night I was awe struck. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
As a first time guest, we were not sure what to expect. Our check in was an easy process and we decided for $30. to upgrade our room. It was worth the extra money. The room was perfect. View amazing. The bed was so comfortable. House keeping did a great job with the cleaning. The fountain, pictures do not do it justice. It was a lot larger than I expected, and it is stunning during the day and at night.
The lobby did not disappoint either. With all the flowers etc. It not only smelled fantastic but was beautiful too.
We did not spend a lot of time playing the tables or slots. The casino was large and had all kinds of slots and tables.
We did eat at Michael Mina and again we were not disappointed. Our meal was timed perfectly and food was out of this world.
We also went to see O since it was in our hotel. Again no disappointments.
The location of this hotel is right in the middle of the strip. Perfect to walk to the other hotels without spending money on cab fare.
It was a great hotel…..staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were really nice and spacious. There was twice daily maid service, during which fresh towels and toiletries .There is the Chihuly ceiling in the lobby, the Atrium garden magnificent with fall flowers and decorations. The location is fantastic as it is near enough the centre of the strip making everything easily accessible. I did have a dinner at “Prime”, which is the onsite steakhouse. Terrific view of the famed Bellagio fountains. Food was very good. Would return,
