Tableau

Tableau is in the Wynn Las Vegas Tower Suites and is open for breakfast, lunch, and weekend brunch. The restaurant is a bright graceful circular space with windows overlooking the pool and gardens. A circular banquet enhances the openness of the room and the outdoor patio is inviting. The menu is exceptionally creative with out of the ordinary offerings at every meal. At breakfast try the elk sausage, or for lunch the chicken lettuce cups, and at the brunch, white chocolate and orange French toast is amazing.
