Seafood with a Latin flair is what Bobby Flay has to offer at his new restaurant Shark at the Palms.  Flay is known for using a large variety of spices which add flavor and depth without adding too much heat.  The menu is comprised primarily of shareable plates with a few notable exceptions such as whole grilled lobster and a 36-ounce Porterhouse.  I don’t know about you, but I think those need to be shared as well!  The servers recommend starting with the cold seafood and then moving on to the hot and also moving from mild to spicy as you proceed.  Celebrate the bounty of the sea with signature dishes featuring octopus, black cod, scallops, salmon and tuna.  Be sure to save room for the tacos, which are spicy and bright and come wrapped in freshly made blue corn tortillas.
