The MGM Grand Buffet is nothing short of grand. This is a very attractive well appointed buffet and surroundings. The number and quality of selections is amazing. For breakfast, enjoy the omelet and waffle stations, and for lunch make a trip to the salad bar and be sure to try the pasta of the day. For dinner, a stop by the made-to-order pasta station is a must. The carving station and endless prime rib and crab legs set this buffet apart from other buffets. Save room to indulge in the extravagant desserts they are a sight to behold. The weekend brunch is a champagne brunch with a bounty of tremendous items such as blueberry blintzes, smoked salmon, and an assortment of freshly made sushi. Tuesday night is Seafood Night.

Went for the Sunday champagne brunch. Almost everything I had was fantastic. Delicious omelette station, and the desserts were to die for!
A little pricy, but the food is excellent! Try the scrambled eggs…delicious!!!!
