Jean Georges is the cool younger brother of traditional steakhouses. The low lighting, comfy chairs and the sexy vibe of the decor will stimulate your steakhouse senses before you even taste your first bite of steak! The hip, swanky vibe of the bar translates into a dark, sophisticated, high-end feel in the restaurant without the stuffiness of a classic steakhouse. High quality meats are prepared to order on a wood burning grill and can be paired with inventive side dishes like King Oyster Mushrooms or Black Truffle Mac and Cheese. Innovative sauce pairings accompany the steaks and are meant to enhance the flavor of the meal even though the steaks can stand on their own merits. A5 Kobe beef is available to those who simply cannot live without tasting the best! The innovative side dishes and sauces add a welcome world-class flavor to this stylish and contemporary steakhouse. An experienced sommelier is on hand to help with wine pairings from the extensive wine list.
Signature Tasting menu $130 per person for the table.

Recommend by staff at check in. Really pricey!!! Our server messed up several times. One out of two steaks was returned and still could not be chewed yet still had to be paid for. All that was done was free dessert and when we returned to our room they apparently didn’t want us to eat it because they didn?’t supply any utensils . Please don’t waste your $300
