The first thing you notice is that this branch of the Carnegie Deli looks like the original one. It tastes like you’re in New York, with authentic breads, meats and side dishes, and burgers made of meat ground freshly in-house. But don’t stop there, take advantage of breakfast food, dessert or the full bar, all day, every day. Oy Vey! Try the matzo ball soup! You just might forget that you are in Vegas as you are transported to 7th Avenue in NYC! The style is now self serve at the counter, with an occasional runner to bring your food out. Be sure to try the Carnegie’s famous overstuffed pastrami sandwich.

Try the combo deal with half sandwich, drink and your choice of side.

My wife and I visit Vegas once a year. We make a point to stop in at Carnegie Delicatessen to get the pastrami Ruben. It?s the best in Vegas

Portion sizes on Omelettes are huge. I had a bagel with 1/2 a tub of cream cheese on it. Nice quick breakfast. Staff was ok

  3. It was ok...

I can see what hype is all about, however I ordered a Ruben sandwich, but was confused since there was so many choices of corned beef. I asked the server what for assistance, all he could give me was ” sandwich or open face”. I chose open face. But when I looked at the menu I couldn’t find what he was talking about… I went with it anyways. Until the bill was delivered – $.26.00!! It was good, but not worth the price. About a quarter way through it was cold. My friend got the chicken salad sandwich and thought it was bland. I think the New York location does a way better job and better quality.

  4. Awesome!

I visit Vegas one time a year to play poker…I always make sure to stop at this place…meatloaf is awesome! BLT burger and the buffet are really great as well. You can’t go wrong at the mirage! Great poker room too.

Everything here is over the top. Portion sizes are large and in many cases a single order is enough for two. I am a big fan of the chicken soup, a must have!
