This newest incarnation of the Vegas Buffet offers the typical all-you-can-eat (A.Y.C.E.) format with a new type of open food hall presentation.  There are 7 distinct preparation styles which divide the hall into stations, The Greenery, The Hearth, The Roastery, World Pan, Smoke and Fire, Revival and Sweet and Light.

The Greenery is a gourmet twist on a salad bar offering upscale options like olive salad, eggplant salad, pesto mozzarella and artichokes.  There are also individual servings of shrimp cocktail and a pre-made wedge salad.

The Hearth features a large brick oven that produces pizza. Also offered are lasagna, mussels, a clam boil, French onion soup and spicy mac’n’cheese.

The Roastery has carving station offering beef, turkey and ham.  Vegetarians rejoice because there is a roasted cauliflower steak too!  The kids will love the Korean short ribs and the chicken wings.

World Pan serves a global menu complete with Moroccan lamb, Creole gumbo, s ramen noodle station, poke bowls, Singapore noodles, General Tso chicken, pot stickers and so much more.  A dinner favorite is the walnut shrimp.

Smoke and Fire is for the carnivores, offering brisket, barbecue ribs, blackened catfish, smoked turkey wings and hushpuppies.

Revival is for the health conscious, offering all vegetarian and vegan dishes.  Choose from 5-bean chili, black bean Bolognese, hummus, grits and rainbow chard hash.

Sweet and Light has a made-to-order cookie ice cream sandwich station but also offers more traditional desserts and even some sugar-free options.

Sunday Brunch comes with unlimited champagne.

Dinner – 4pm to 9pm
