The Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekend, which began in 1998, is an annual 4-day music festival and car show that takes place every Easter weekend annually. Rockabilly Weekend has grown to be the largest event of its type in the world. It features bands and fans from all over the globe who come to experience Rockabilly & Original 50s Music.

While this might seem like a niche event it attracts guest from all over the world. Rockabilly Weekend has grown from the first year’s 1,200 people in attendance to an attendance of 20,000. Events and nearby hotels often sell out in advance. In fact, organizers say “The VLV (Viva Las Vegas) event has sold out in advance for the last few years, so attendees are encouraged to purchase tickets early.”
The host hotel, The Orleans, is already booked to capacity for the weekend! Organizers will set up deals with other nearby casino-hotels. You can find a list of nearby hotel partners here. Caesars Entertainment and Total Rewards loyalists will note that Rio isn’t on this list. This could be a good time to check for discounts or complimentary rooms
