It may still be snowing on the east coast, but pool season is already underway in Las Vegas! Truthfully, pool season never really ends in Las Vegas. Some casinos actually keep their pools open throughout the year. However, there are probably more casinos that close their pools when you look beyond the big Vegas Strip casinos.

When the calendar turned to March, casinos around Las Vegas started opening their pools. In addition to the traditional pools opening for all casino-resort guests, the dayclubs have already started opening. The biggest pool parties don’t get too crazy until summer but they’ve already started easing into the season on the first weekend of March.

So what if it was only 60 degrees when Marquee Dayclub at Cosmopolitan opened? Remember, Las Vegas is hotter in the sun than the thermostats register. The temperatures felt as though they were closer to the mid-70’s. That’s downright balmy for some people visiting Las Vegas.

The majority of the dayclubs on the Vegas Strip focus entertainment on EDM DJ’s. However, the Flamingo has found a different niche for their dayclub over the past couple of years. The Flamingo’s Go Pool Dayclub has entertainment and guests that include pop stars, old-school rappers, and celebrities.

The cast of characters is different and gives a solid option for those who want to party at a pool but not necessarily listen to a DJ dropping the beat. Here’s a look at some of the appearances scheduled for the GO Pool Dayclub this spring and summer.
