Las Vegas continues to return to the city so many locals and tourists love. The latest return to normalcy is the announcements for July 4 fireworks at various casinos around the Las Vegas valley. No less than 3 casinos will offer fireworks this Independence Day.

Station Casinos says fireworks shows will return to Green Valley Ranch in Henderson and Red Rock Casino in Summerlin. Meanwhile, the Plaza has a fireworks show set for downtown Las Vegas. There are also rumors that Caesars Palace will have a fireworks show on the Vegas Strip.

Plaza Fireworks

The Plaza Hotel & Casino will again celebrate the Fourth of July with downtown Las Vegas’ only live fireworks show at 10 p.m. on Saturday, July 4. The show will be staged from multiple locations on the Plaza’s roofs and towers. The fireworks display will be visible in downtown Las Vegas and miles beyond.

It will be nearly impossible to watch the fireworks from under the Fremont Street Experience canopy. Interested viewers will have to leave the lights and sounds of Fremont Street in order to see the fireworks show at the Plaza.

Traffic in the area will be closed to automobiles for a while. This will allow visitors in downtown Las Vegas have a viewing area. Main Street from Carson Avenue to Ogden Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic before and after the 10 p.m. fireworks show.

“Hosting an amazing fireworks show that lights up the downtown sky for the Fourth of July has become a tradition for us at the Plaza, and this year is no different,” said Jonathan Jossel, CEO of the Plaza Hotel & Casino. “Whether you are downtown resident at home or a guest at the Plaza joining us for dinner at Oscar’s steakhouse or games on the casino floor, our Independence Day fireworks show is a great way to celebrate our country and an awe-inspiring sight for the entire downtown Las Vegas community to enjoy.”

Green Valley Ranch and Red Rock Fireworks

Station Casinos will once again host two of the largest 4th of July fireworks shows in Las Vegas at Green Valley Ranch and Red Rock Casino. The shows will begin at approximately 9 p.m. on Saturday, July 4. People in the area can watch the fireworks shows outdoors near each casino.

Station Casinos is also making the fireworks shows available for everyone around the world to enjoy at home. The live stream of the fireworks shows can be seen anywhere in two ways. You can watch on smartphone or computer via a live stream on redrockresorts.com and greenvalleyranch.com, respectively. The social media teams will also make the fireworks shows available via individual Twitter, Facebook, and Twitch accounts.

Once again, these fireworks shows will be produced by the award-winning Grucci of New York. This is one of the world’s premier fireworks companies that annually produces nationwide “4th of July” fireworks events. The company has also produced shows for past hotel-casino opening celebrations enjoyed by multiple generations of guests of Station Casinos.

Both of the fireworks displays will last 10 minutes. The shows are designed to provide safe entertainment for residents and visitors to Las Vegas. The fireworks shows this year will pay tribute to Las Vegas’ front-line responders who have been keeping Sin City healthy and safe. Station Casinos has invited front-line responders from Summerlin Hospital and Henderson Hospital to private viewings of the fireworks displays.
