There’s always something new happening in Las Vegas. Today we want to look at three very different new things to see and places to visit Las Vegas this summer.
Barry Manilow Residency at Westgate
The Grammy award-winning Barry Manilow recently announced that he will be returning to Las Vegas. He’s bringing a brand new stage production to the International Theater at Westgate Las Vegas. Manilow will perform songs his extensive catalog of hits as the exclusive headliner at the Westgate.
This will be a current day take on a residency. Manilow will invade Las Vegas with blasts of shows instead of nightly performances. The scattered dates for the Barry Manilow residency is why we’re choosing to highlight this item. Show dates are listed below so fans can plan their vacation around the shows.

Apex Social Club and Camden Cocktail Lounge Opening at Palms
Apex Social Club and Camden Cocktail Lounge have announced that they will both be opening at Palms on Memorial Day weekend. The new club opens in the space Ghostbar once occupied. The new club will occupy the hotel’s 55th floor with a performance by the equally as iconic Nas. You maybe remember this venue has an iconic view of Las Vegas. Questlove and Travis Barker will also be appearing during Memorial Day Weekend.
Camden Cocktail Lounge will have a different vibe than Apex Social Club. The lounge on the casino floor will offer a more refined experience. Camden Cocktail Lounge will focus on unique craft cocktails, tableside mixology. Entertainment will include music from some of the best local and national DJs.
But wait…there’s more! Palms is in the middle of a massive renovation and upgrade. Expect to see new restaurants and venues opening at the casino throughout the next year or so.
