The Gold Coast is one of the casinos I spent a lot of time when I first started visiting Las Vegas. While the property has changed a lot over the years (RIP Cortez Room), the Gold Coast is relatively similar. It’s still an affordable casino-hotel that’s a great entry point to Las Vegas.  

Las Vegas is many things to many people. Sometimes it’s many things to one person. While I enjoy the high-end casino-resorts, sometimes I just want to be in the mix on the Vegas Strip.

This will be the tenth season year the Cosmopolitan will offer Dive In Movies during the late Spring and throughout the summer.

The transformation from the Stratosphere to The Strat is finally complete. The multi-year overhaul of the casino and resort started in 2018. Much of the work to the property was visible throughout the year. The culmination of the renovation was marked by a star-studded celebration in mid-January 2020.
